TRAVEL POLICY FOR BUS, HOTEL & FOOD

     

 

Bus Rules

 

1. Seniors will get first choice of seats, then juniors, then sophomores. Because of the number of players and staff travelling a number of players will need to double up

     

2. All Freshmen are required to double up

 

3. 1 hour will be designated on longer trips as mandatory study time.

 

4. All movies must be approved by Coach Bottenfield at least a week before each trip.

 

5. All garbage must be picked up at the end of each leg of the trip

6. No music without headphones. That's the same for personal movie or game watching

 

6. No tobacco allowed on bus. No Warnings No Exceptions

 

Hotel Rules

 

1. There will be 2 players to a room.

 

2. There will be a curfew every night. 

 

3. There is no leaving your room for any reason after curfew outside of an emergency or to get ice or go to a vending machine.

 

4. Keep noise levels down in the rooms as we usually get back late at night.

 

5. No hanging out in the hallways as we don’t want to disturb other guests.

 

6. Take care of your room. Any damages that are billed to the school will be passed along to the players in that room.

 

7. No alcohol period. Not even for those of legal age.

 

8. No non PBA players in rooms at any time.

 

9. You may only stay with parents if they are at team hotel.

 

10. No girlfriends or fiancées at team hotels under any circumstance. No exceptions
